*Cancellation policy*
If less than 4 weeks notice is give 100% of the booking total is payable.
If less than 8 weeks notice is given 75% of the booking total is payable.
In the unlikely event I have to cancel the booking you will be notified at the earliest opportunity, I will try to find a replacement artist and any monies paid will be refunded.
If the client does not attend the booked appointment, then 100% of the booking total is payable.
 
* A wedding date is only secured when either a £100.00 non-refundable booking fee is payed (deducted from the total balance) or a 50% non-refundable deposit is paid (deducted from the total balance.) An invoice will be provided. The date will be available for other clients until payment is taken. 
 
* The remaining balance of the booking is due the month before, or on the booking date. An invoice will be provided.
 
* Trials, special occasion and prom bookings (where a trial is not required) require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking (deducted from the total balance.) Payments are due the month before the date or on the day.

*Trial Duration: Standard trials are 3.5 hours.

Any additional time requested to explore further styles will be billed at £25.00 per 30 minutes.

* Early start fee applies to arrival before 06:00am at £50.00.

* Travel is charged at 0.50p per mile ,there and back, from my address at Bristol, BS5 8RQ.

* Parking will be discussed at the time of booking to be organised by the client. Any parking fees/congestion charge/toll fees etc will be added to the total booking balance. 
 

*Location change fee:
A base fee of £25.00 applies to any location move to cover professional kit pack-down and re-setup.

Under 30 mins travel: Included in the base fee.

Over 30 mins travel: Charged at £25.00 per additional 30 minutes.

Please note: The time taken to travel between locations is deducted from the total styling duration available for the bridal party. For larger parties, an assistant is required to mitigate this time loss.

*Minimum Booking & Service Reductions:

Fixed Minimum: The total number of hair and/or makeup services confirmed at the time of booking (and reflected in the initial deposit) represents the minimum financial commitment for the wedding day.

No Reductions: Once the booking is confirmed, the total fee cannot be reduced. If a member of the bridal party is no longer able to attend or chooses not to have their service, the full original fee remains payable.

Substitutions: You are welcome to substitute one person for another (e.g., replacing a bridesmaid with a Mother of the Groom) at no extra charge, provided the total number of services remains the same.

Additions: Any requests to increase the number of services after the initial booking are subject to my availability and may require an additional assistant artist fee.


* Any payments, including booking fee, deposit and final balance are to be paid by bank transfer. If that is not possible then I accept cash on the day. 
 
* I will take before and after photos of hair and/or makeup for use on my website, Instagram and Facebook pages. Please inform me if you do not wish for me to use your photos.
 
* It is your responsibility to inform me of any skin conditions, sensitivities, allergies or special requirements you or anyone in the booking group may have.  
 
* Your details are stored securely and all information held will be confidential and will not be divulged with any third party. I will use your details in order to provide the services and process your payment.
